Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in North Carolina seeks a client-focused teller or service associate to complete transactions accurately, maintain records, and deliver a distinctive client experience. You'll learn IRM processes, support outbound calls, educate customers on digital banking, and help meet branch goals while following risk controls.

Experience in cash handling and customer service is preferred; weekend/extended hours may be required, with occasional travel between nearby branches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Experience with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs; may include weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous conversation and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales through outbound calls and client outreach; refer to branch staff as needed.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain awareness of policies, procedures and risk controls.
