Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, build trusted relationships, and help customers achieve their financial goals by delivering attentive service and using the latest banking solutions.

As part of our Consumer & Community Banking team, you will open accounts, assist with day-to-day banking, and collaborate with branch colleagues to provide a seamless client experience across digital and in-person channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in client service
• Ability to learn products and procedures quickly
• Ability to deliver attentive, friendly service

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients entering the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following policies and banking regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital options (mobile app, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates to meet financial goals.
