Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients in our branch and provide attentive service using the latest banking solutions and technology. You will build trusted relationships, share product knowledge, and help clients achieve their financial goals through personalized guidance and proactive support.

You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, assist with account openings, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations, delivering attentive and friendly service.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and opening new accounts, while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, following bank policies and procedures.
