Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and friendly service to help clients achieve their financial goals. You will welcome clients, open new accounts, guide them to Chase Mobile and online tools, and collaborate with branch teammates to deliver trusted advice and seamless service.

In this role, you will help clients plan their finances, maintain accounts, and ensure compliant, customer‑first service in a dynamic branch

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to clients as they enter the branch; manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology tools such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members to help clients reach their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in alignment with bank policies.
