Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver attentive, friendly service and build trusted relationships with clients within a branch setting. You will assist with account openings and servicing, educate clients on digital tools, and collaborate with the team to meet financial goals.

The role emphasizes hospitality, adherence to policies, and using Chase’s digital solutions to enhance client experiences.

Competenze

• Experience in delivering attentive and friendly service.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required for this role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Mansioni

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Assist with branch operations including cash handling and ATM management.
