Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service at the branch entrance and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
