Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a branch-facing role focused on building lasting customer relationships and providing trusted financial guidance. You will assess customer needs, recommend solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing, and promote digital banking tools such as mobile apps and ATMs.

You will collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams to address more complex needs, and perform outbound calls to grow the customer base while adhering to all

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship
• Proven success with building relationships and recommending products through in-person and phone interactions
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support business goals
• Meet SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks and NMLS identifier

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted financial advice and build lasting relationships with customers
• Offer recommendations and assist with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking options via app or ATMs
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups
• Adhere to all financial policies and cash handling procedures
