Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch, dedicated to helping customers with trusted financial advice and solutions. This role emphasizes relationship-building, high-touch service, and guidance across spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs.

You’ll promote digital banking tools, collaborate with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams, and may make outbound calls to grow the customer base. A strong emphasis on compliance and customer-centric results is expected.

Formación

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration.
• Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.
• Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including obtaining unique identifier from NMLS.

Responsabilidades

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions, supporting spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Know customers’ personal financial goals and tailor solutions to help achieve them, such as planning for the future, buying a home or opening a new credit card.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking via app or ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments.
