Job summary

Citizens Bank offers a role focused on helping customers with important financial decisions, including planning for the future, buying a home, or selecting new credit cards. You’ll introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking via app and ATMs, while collaborating with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams to meet complex needs.

You’ll perform outbound calls to acquire new clients, schedule financial checkups, and adhere to all policies, including cash handling and regulatory

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success in building relationships and recommending products in person or on the phone.
• Demonstrated skills using digital technology to support business goals.
• Self-motivated, with strong multitasking and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted advice and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Offer financial solutions covering spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Recommend tailored financial goals and digital banking options (app, ATM).
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Follow all financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
