Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Work hours including weekends and some evenings, within branch policies.
• HS degree or GED required; licenses via JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures; connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
