The role emphasizes delivering personalized service, leveraging Chase Mobile App and online tools, and collaborating with a team of specialists to support clients’ financial needs in a branch setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor financial recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand clients' needs and build trust through questions and listening.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs any time.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
