Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality, deliver thoughtful financial solutions, and help clients meet their goals.

You will manage client relationships, engage in in-person and phone conversations, and guide customers to technology tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and deepening relationships.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features of products and services to clients.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver a consistent client experience.
• Operate within established risk parameters and meet compliance obligations, including completion of required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
