Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration; must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and over the phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand and meet client needs while building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to enable convenient banking.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and collaborate with specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
