Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand at a branch, delivering hospitality and tailored banking solutions to clients.

You will lead efforts to acquire, manage, and retain relationships, applying financial knowledge to address clients’ needs and support branch success. The role requires sales experience in banking, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.
• The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
