Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a customer-focused professional to greet and assist customers with financial solutions. You’ll provide sound advice on spending, saving, borrowing and investing, while promoting digital banking tools.

Responsibilities include outbound calls for new customers, collaboration with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams, and ensuring compliance with banking policies. The role requires flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience with goal achievement.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs.
• Proven ability to build relationships and refer products.
• Ability to use digital tools to support business goals.
• Aptitude to solve problems and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates and partners to strengthen relationships.
• Self-motivated, confident and able to multitask.
• Flexibility to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements including background checks and NMLS identifier.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Advise on spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking and app usage.
• Collaborate with Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage and Business Banking for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and set appointments.
