Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking an energetic Banking Associate to help customers with financial decisions, open accounts, and explore digital banking options. You will build lasting relationships, understand client goals, and provide tailored solutions in a fast-paced branch setting.

You’ll work with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams to address more complex needs, while handling cash and following applicable policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship
• Proven success with building relationships and recommending products through in-person and phone interactions
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support business goals
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
• Strong collaboration with teammates and partners

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions
• Help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking and apps
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups
