Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting/exceeding goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve customer relationships.
• Proven success with building relationships and recommending products.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial recommendations and assist customers with solutions for saving, borrowing, and investing.
• Assist customers with transactions via app, ATMs, and branch interactions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners for complex needs.
