Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, deliver attentive service, and represent our brand with hospitality while leveraging digital banking solutions. You will build trusted relationships and help clients achieve their financial goals by offering guidance and product knowledge.

You will open new accounts, service existing ones, and educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM channels.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self‑service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the team.
• Support branch operations and adhere to policies and procedures.
