Job summary

You will support sales initiatives and participate in IRM activities to meet client needs.

You will engage with customers, contribute to branch goals, and adapt to the evolving retail banking environment with a focus on service quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC keyboard and branch automation software.
• Multi-tasking under time constraints.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Willingness to travel for staffing needs and occasional locale changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital/banking self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile).
• Assist in outbound client outreach and identify needs or opportunities for referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge sessions to enhance service delivery.
• Adhere to internal controls and updated policies and procedures.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
