Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ask personalized questions to understand customer goals and connect them to solutions.
• Create and manage a loan pipeline with strong closing conversions through cross-selling.
• Grow the customer base via networking, conversations, and proactive sourcing.
• Learn processes like transactions, cash handling, and bank documentation per standards.
• Meet daily KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experience.
