Responsibilities

• Asking personalized questions to convert transactions into cross-sell conversations.
• Creating sales opportunities by calling leads and developing referral networks.
• Achieving daily KPI metrics while balancing priorities.
• Learning banking processes and maintaining compliance with standards.
