You will train on UMB products, grow your personal book of business through proactive sourcing, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a dynamic branch setting.

You will be part of a sales-driven team that values guidance from leadership and ongoing development within Consumer Banking.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of retail banking sales experience or relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain an NMLS registration within 90 days.
• Ability to learn products quickly and accurately.
• Strong math skills and ability to problem solve within risk parameters/tolerances.
• Demonstrated ability to establish trust and build relationships through active listening.

Aufgaben

• Ask personalized questions to learn customers' financial goals and connect them to solutions.
• Manage a loan pipeline with strong closing conversions through prospecting and cross-selling.
• Create sales opportunities and grow the customer base via networking and customer conversations.
• Learn processes like transactions, cash handling, and bank documentation per standards.
• Meet daily performance metrics while delivering exceptional customer experience.
