Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Ask personalized questions to convert transactions into cross-sell conversations that deepen client relationships.
• Create sales opportunities by calling leads, visiting businesses to offer workplace banking, and developing referral networks.
• Achieve daily KPIs while balancing competing priorities.
• Learn processes like cash handling and bank documentation that you perform to industry and legal standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
