Job summary

In this role, you’ll manage a loan pipeline, prospect for new business, and collaborate with leaders to grow the customer base. Training on UMB products and processes is provided.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of retail banking sales experience or relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
• Strong math and problem-solving skills within risk parameters.

Responsibilities

• Ask personalized questions to learn customers' financial goals and connect them to solutions.
• Create and manage a loan pipeline with strong closing conversions for various loan types.
• Grow the customer base through product knowledge, networking, and proactive sourcing.
• Learn banking processes like transactions, cash handling, and compliant documentation.
• Meet daily KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
