Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced client service for deposits, credit and other product lines.
• Meet or exceed client service and sales targets through relationship building.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists and support sales processes.
• Assist with teller duties when needed.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Assist customers with loans and loan applications.
• Greet clients and maintain a helpful, professional branch environment.
