Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military, etc.).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Excellent communication skills; concise, clear and consistent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals to partners.
• Deliver hospitality-driven experiences; guide client traffic and maintain a high-touch service standard.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital capabilities to improve convenience and financial well-being.
• Identify client needs, perform everyday banking transactions, and refer to specialists when appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with policies, AML regulations, and risk controls while supporting client goals.
