Job summary

As the hospitality ambassador, you’ll greet clients, process transactions, and open or maintain consumer accounts while ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact and hospitality ambassador.
• Deliver accurate everyday banking transactions and basic account maintenance.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience, save time, and support financial well-being.
• Identify client needs and refer to specialists as needed to achieve ongoing relationships.
