Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year of client-facing experience.
• Volunteer, education, or military experience can count toward experience.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage client flow as the first point of contact and referrals to appropriate partners.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and well-being.
• Schedule appointments for consumer account needs and deepen relationships with clients.
• Deliver accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions while identifying needs.
• Maintain compliance with AML laws and regulatory requirements and protect client data.
• Build trust through personalized, client-first interactions and collaborative teamwork.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
