Job summary

TD in Manchester, New Hampshire seeks a client-focused Banking Associate to deliver everyday banking and basic consumer account opening/maintenance, while building trusted relationships with accuracy and care.

You will serve as the first point of contact, educate clients on products, refer to specialists as needed, and help clients achieve their financial goals within TD's risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Delivers everyday banking and basic consumer account opening/maintenance.
• Serves as first point of contact for clients and referrals to partners.
