Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients in a service-focused environment.
• Notary license preferred.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution is preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Ability to work independently and within deadlines; sound judgment in decision making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and serving as the first point of contact.
• Delivers hospitality and relationship-driven client experiences aligned to TD’s service strategy.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions to build trust and deepen relationships.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities; connects them to specialists as needed.
• Schedules appointments for consumer account needs and deepens client opportunities.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Advocates for clients with empathy and integrity.
