Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and serving as the first point of contact.
• Delivers hospitality and relationship-driven client experiences aligned to TD’s service strategy.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities and connects them to specialists.
• Proactively reaches out to clients, schedules appointments for consumer needs, and deepens opportunities.
• Adheres to policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements in daily activities.
