Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow in person and on the phone, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries and referrals to partners.
• Acts as a hospitality ambassador, delivering a consistent, relationship-driven client experience.
• Educates clients on banking products, services and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and financial wellbeing.
• Initiates proactive outreach, schedules appointments for consumer needs, and deepens client relationships with appropriate referrals.
• Balances client needs with risk awareness and policy adherence to ensure compliant outcomes.
