Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of client-facing experience preferred; banking/teller background is a plus.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and inquiries.
• Serves as hospitality ambassador, delivering relationship-driven service.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities; refers to specialists as needed.
• Identifies client needs and escalates non-standard issues per policy.
• Maintains compliance with AML laws and internal controls.
