Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of client-facing experience.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing flow in-person and by phone.
• Perform everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify client needs and refer to appropriate TD specialists.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital tools.
• Adhere to risk, regulatory standards and documentation requirements.
