Job summary

UMB Financial Corporation seeks a Personal Banker to build relationships, advise on products, and drive financial solutions for customers. You will receive extensive product training and work closely with leadership to grow within Consumer banking.

You’ll convert service interactions into cross-sell opportunities, maintain high standards, and support colleagues while meeting regulatory and company requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer-facing sales experience desired to drive cross-sell.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Convert transactions and service requests into cross-sell opportunities.
• Call leads, visit businesses, and develop referral networks for workplace banking.
• Hit daily performance metrics while balancing priorities.
• Learn processes for transactions, cash handling, and bank documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
