Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment engaging with customers and making product recommendations that lead to sales.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Ask personalized questions to convert transactions and service requests into cross-sell conversations while meeting customer needs.
• Create sales opportunities by calling leads and visiting businesses to offer workplace banking and referrals.
• Achieve daily key performance metrics while balancing competing priorities.
• Learn processes like transactions, cash drawer management, and bank documentation aligned with industry standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
