Job summary

UMB Financial Corporation is seeking Personal Bankers to build strong customer relationships, recommend and sell banking products, and provide financial solutions to customers. You will receive extensive product and sales training and work closely with leaders for mentorship.

You will spend time converting routine service requests into cross-sell opportunities, calling leads, visiting businesses, and expanding referral networks while meeting performance metrics.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a retail environment engaging with customers and making product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Asking personalized questions to convert transactions and service requests into cross-sell conversations.
• Call leads, visit businesses to offer workplace banking, and develop referral networks.
• Achieve daily KPIs while balancing priorities.
• Learn processes like transactions, cash drawer management, and bank documentation per industry standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
