Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in retail environment with customer engagement and product recommendations.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Ask personalized questions to convert transactions into cross-sell opportunities.
• Call leads, visit businesses, and develop referral networks for workplace banking.
• Hit daily KPIs while balancing priorities.
• Learn bank processes including transactions, cash handling, and documentation per standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
