You will engage customers with targeted questions, call on leads, support workplace banking opportunities, and strive to meet daily performance metrics within a collaborative team.

Formación

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of experience in a retail environment with customer interactions and product recommendations.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Ask personalized questions to convert transactions and routine service requests into cross-sell conversations.
• Create sales opportunities by calling leads, visiting businesses, and developing referral networks.
• Achieve daily KPIs while balancing priorities.
• Learn banking processes and complete documentation according to standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
