Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment engaging with customers and making product recommendations that lead to sales.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Ask personalized questions to convert transactions into cross-sell conversations and deepen client relationships.
• Create sales opportunities by calling leads, visiting businesses, and developing referral networks.
• Meet daily key performance metrics while balancing competing priorities.
• Learn processes like transactions, cash handling, and bank documentation per industry standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
