JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to welcome clients, understand their financial needs, and offer thoughtful solutions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. You will represent the brand with hospitality and trusted guidance.

You will build lasting client relationships through clear communication, personalized product recommendations, and collaboration with specialists for complex needs, while adhering to risk, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for in-branch service.
• Ability to tailor product features to clients' needs.
• Attention to detail to ensure compliance and risk controls.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings.
• Familiarity with retail or financial services sales is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and exceed expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
