JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to welcome clients at a Chase branch and provide thoughtful financial solutions while guiding them through digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

You will build lasting relationships through attentive service, deep financial knowledge, and a commitment to compliant, inclusive banking. This role supports branch operations and customer success.

Qualifications

• Elevate the client experience and put clients first.
• Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Experience adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
