Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients; volunteer, education or military experience acceptable.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as the hospitality ambassador for the financial center and TD’s service strategy.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Educates clients on banking products, services and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and well-being.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach, including scheduling appointments for consumer needs.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness for compliant outcomes.
• Advocates for clients with empathy, integrity and a long-term perspective.
