Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military acceptable).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial setting preferred.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the client experience by managing client flow in person and by phone, serving as first contact for inquiries and referrals to partners.
• Acts as the hospitality ambassador for the location, delivering a high-touch client experience.
• Educates clients on banking products and services to enhance convenience and financial well-being, guiding them to digital capabilities.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach, including scheduling appointments for consumer account needs and deepening opportunities.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
