• Excellent communication, concise and clear delivery; strong problem-solving skills.

• Acts as hospitality ambassador delivering relationship-driven client experiences.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
• Proactively schedules appointments for consumer account needs and deepening opportunities.
• Maintains compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
