Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Teller training and platform training on hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide range of tasks across a Store location, including transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on banking products.
• Delivers end-to-end advice by building trust with educational content, providing consultative support, and offering proactive recommendations.
• Uses TD systems to engage customers and deepen relationships by advising on TD products and services.
• Identifies customer financial needs and promotes appropriate products or refers to the right specialist.
• Processes everyday banking transactions on teller lines or platforms while educating customers.
• Serves customers on teller lines and platform, handling deposits, withdrawals, and card issues as needed.
