TD Bank is recruiting for a Client Service Specialist at our Springfield, MA location. The role focuses on delivering accurate, friendly everyday banking with a high level of client care and guidance, while maintaining TD’s risk and regulatory standards.

You will educate clients on products, perform routine transactions, and proactively identify opportunities to support clients in meeting their financial goals. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience allowed).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with concise, clear and consistent delivery.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsabilités

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and serving as the first point of contact for inquiries, issues and referrals.
• Delivers hospitality-centered, relationship-driven client experiences aligned to TD’s service strategy.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to increase convenience and financial well-being, connecting to specialists as needed.
• Identifies client needs and opportunities to reach financial goals and refers to appropriate partners.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness for compliant outcomes.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits.
