As part of the branch team, you’ll listen to client needs, educate customers on products, and collaborate to ensure a seamless, secure service experience across Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones per policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing solutions with the team.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and device management in line with policies.
