Job summary

Ideal candidates have strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-service mindset, with 2+ years in sales and a HS diploma.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships and cross-selling.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to multitask and work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Must complete SAFE Act pre-employment checks and obtain NMLS identifier.
• Video interview after applying within 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Help customers plan for goals like buying a home or opening a credit card.
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking via app and ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Follow all policies including cash handling and federal/state regulations.
