Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial solutions, including spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.

• Promote and help customers use digital/mobile banking tools and services.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams as needed.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
